YOGA IN THE PARK Saturdays in August @ Wildwood Park 10-11am
Yoga in the Park will be held on August 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th. All levels welcome. No experience required. Please bring a mat!
A fun and informal way to experience yoga through basic postures. The first half of class we will flow movement to breath with a Vinyasa sequence, then toward the end we will move into restorative poses and deep rest. The cost is sliding scale $10-20, whatever works best for you. No one turned away so if you don't have it in your budget right now, please don't let that be a reason not to practice.
