Workshops & Events The Yoga Habit: Saturday, September 7th 12-2pm @ Chico Sports Club $25 for club members / $35 for non-members Want to incorporate yoga into your daily routine, but you're not sure where to start? Attend this workshop for practical, down-to-earth information on how to build your wellness plan. Topics covered will include: yoga anatomy for basic poses; yoga sequencing for morning, midday and evening practices; how and why to meditate; helpful breathing exercises to reduce stress; and an open Q&A format so you can ask questions. Handouts and journal prompts are included. Rachel has been practicing yoga for 10 years, teaching for 5, and is currently completing a year-long yoga challenge of being on her mat every day from now until next August. She's thrilled to be able to share this workshop with the community!
